  • Mr. Joint has more than 30 years of experience practicing law in New York State, with an emphasis on Real Estate, Business Law, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Probate.  He has worked as both a Law Guardian for children and as a Guardian Ad Litem, as a Court Appointed Referee for Home Foreclosures, for Lending institutions, and as an adjunct professor at a Corning Community College.

  • In 1999 Mr. Joint opened a solo practice on Pulteney Sqaure in Bath, where he spent the next 20 years as a solo practitioner.  

  • Mr. Joint is past a Trustee of the Dormann Library, and a Church Youth Worker at the First Presbyterian Church in Bath. Bill is married to Melissa Joint and together, they enjoy spending time with their three sons, daughters-in-law, and grandsons.  They also enjoy working together on the family farm in Savona, NY.
